Serbia, Precisely defined precedure for obtaining of permit for sale of medicine

In the Official Bulletin of Republic of Serbia no. 93/2005 of November 1, 2005, two important rule books from this field have been published.

The first one is the Rule Book on contents of permit for sale of medicine, which is issued by the Agency for Medicines and Medical Means of Serbia, while the second one is the Rule Book on procedure and conditions for obtaining of permit for sale of medicine, which regulates content of the request, procedure and terms for obtaining of permit, as well as content of the required documentation, as well as procedure for extension of permit.
