Air France Returns to Belgrade After Four Months

The French airline carrier Air France has returned to Belgrade after a nearly four-month break caused by the restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic.

The French national airline carrier and one of the largest airline companies in the world, Air France, has landed again at the runway of the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.

With the AF1660 flight from the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), Air France officially resumed the air traffic on the Paris-Belgrade line, one of the busiest and most popular routes in Belgrade.

Air France will operate the line twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays, and daily flights are planned to be resumed on September 1.

The flights were discontinued in late March upon the declaration of the state of emergency in Serbia.

According to the current restriction measures, Serbia is on France's green list, which means that, at the moment, its citizens can enter the country without a PCR test or staying in quarantine.
