Specialized Fruit and Vegetable Storage to be Built in Lalic

Investor Vilijam Simek from Lalic has obtained the building permit for the construction of a specialized fruit and vegetable storage, with one ground floor, on a cadaster parcel of 1,457 m2.

The total gross developed overground building area is 313 m2, and the total net area is 296.77 m2.

The dimensions of the facility are 17.60 m h 13.00 x 24.70 x 12.86 m, with a height of 8.12 m.

The estimated contract value is RSD 2,000,000.

The project for the construction permit was prepared by KD Stat Odzaci.
