Prior to December 2005 – another 2 new four-seat ski lifts on Kopaonik - €5.5m

Two new ski lifts will be put into operation on Kopaonik mountain on December 10, 2005.

Four-seat ski lifts will be transporting 2,400 skiers per hour from the center of the settlement to the peak for five minutes.

The ski lifts were bought from Austrian manufacturer "Doppelmayer". All works, including rehabilitation of tracks and land, will cost about €5.5m, €2m of which will be provided from the Republic budget for development of this tourist center.

Besides this investment, "Genex" has also bought three new snow "stampers".
