Business Registers Agency to Collect Data for Entry into Register of Bidders from July 6

The Business Registers Agency (APR) has announced that, from Monday, July 6, all the documentation needed for an entry into the Register of Bidders or for the obtaining of a confirmation of the lack of a basis for exclusion from a public procurement procedure, proscribed by the Law on Public Procurement Procedures, will be collected in official capacity.

In order to be listed in the Register of Bidders or get said confirmation, legal entities and entrepreneurs will only need to submit an adequate registration application, that is, a request and proof of payment of the fee for the registration process, says the press release published on the website of the Government of Serbia.
