(RS) Privatization of Banja Luka Dairy completed, new owner - Subotica Dairy

Privatization process in Banja Luka Dairy has been completely finished. Subotica Dairy bought 65.75% of State-owned assets in Banja Luka Dairy and took on obligation to hire all present employees of the Dairy from Banja Luka. Prior to end of 2007, about 13.5 million KM will be invested in projects for modernization of production process in Banja Luka Dairy. There are 166 employees in Banja Luka Dairy at the moment.
