Serbian Chamber of Engineers Publishes Registers of Licensed Engineers, Architects, Spatial Planners and Licensed Contractors

The Serbian Chamber of Engineers has created an app for browsing the data about the licensed persons listed in the registers, and more detailed information (in Serbian) is available HERE.

Under the Law on Amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction, which came into effect on February 12, 2020, the right to use a professional name, that is, the right to carry out activities defined by law and the regulations based on it, is acquired through an active status in the Register of Licensed Engineers, Architects and Spatial Planners and the Register of Licensed Contractors, based on a valid professional liability insurance policy.

All licensed persons can examine the registers and check their status HERE, the chamber says on its website.

In line with the Rulebook on taking a professional exam in the fields of spatial and urban planning, the preparation of technical documentation, building and energy efficiency, as well as licenses for responsible persons and the register of licensed engineers, architects and spatial planners, in case the other data contained in the register is changed or amended, the request for the updating of the data is filed immediately, and no later than 15 days from the date of the occurrence of the change.
