In his statement for Fena, Viskovic specified that BAM 130 million would be invested from the company's own funds, whereas the rest should come from loans.
As he says, the agreement ensures a large investment cycle and marks the unblocking of Elektroprenos and its efficient operations after nearly three years.
– The realization of projects in several cities in BiH, among which are power lines through Srebrenica, toward the Serbian border, the substations Banjaluka I and II, investments in the power line from Pale to Jahorina, the substations on that mountain, anti-corrosion protection of power lines in Republika Srpska, worth BAM 2 million, and in FBiH, worth BAM 3 million, around BAM 30 million for electronic control at Elektroprenos BiH and around BAM 6 million for a facility in Mostar, for the Herzegovina area – Viskovic specified.
The investment plan, which was adopted earlier, at the 49th session of the Management Board, will be submitted for approval to the State Regulatory Commission for Electrical Energy, he says.
– The tendering can start immediately afterwards and then be followed by the selection of the contractor and the realization of these investments – Viskovic said.
