Investment fund SEE Investment, (HVB group, Agrokor ?), bought 26.96% of stocks of oil factory "Dijamant" Zrenjanin

The biggest manufacturer of oil and oil products in the region, Zrenjanin-based Dijamant approved additional capitalization of 26.96% of stocks with 11.5 million EUR to Investment Fund South-East Europe Investment whose biggest investor is HVB group, i.e. Investment Bank CAIB. By means of additional capitalization, that fund became the owner of one fifth of the assets of Dijamant and it obliged to invest another 17 million EUR within next three years.

HVB group is major participator in the investment fund.  Investment Bank CAIB operates as a part of the Bank of Austria, which is a part of HVB group. 

HVB banc points out that this bank is one of the investors in the Investment Fund South-East Europe Investment. It was found out that Agrokor concern stands behind all this. Agrokor denies any intention of procurement of Dijamant. www.hvbgroup.com
