CBS International wins Hall of Fame Award for The Best Real Estate Agency in Central and Southeast Europe

A leading real estate consultancy CBS International, part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group, has once again proven its leadership position in the country and the region by winning the prestigious Hall of Fame Award as the Best Real Estate Agency in Central and Southeast Europe.

This award, gathering best of the best in the industry competing, in the organization of CIJ magazine, was awarded to CBS International thanks to many years of proven expertise and commitment to clients, which CBS International teams have been successfully nurturing in Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro and North Macedonia where the company has head offices.

At the same time, the leading real estate consultancy worldwide Cushman & Wakefield Group, a global partner of CBS International, won the award as the Best Retail Real Estate Agency in Central and Southeast Europe.

In the competition of the best real estate companies in Europe, which won the CIJ Award in December last year as the best real estate consultancies in their respective countries, CBS International has won this prestigious award as No. 1 in CEE and SEE. To facilitate an innovative and transparent voting system, a group of real estate experts from the region was chosen to vote on the best real estate consultancies along with the magazine readers. They chose the winners from among the competing countries, including the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.

More than 800 real estate professionals from across the region who represent the most successful and influential companies competed for the Hall of Fame Award. Due to the social distancing rules, implemented as a result of the COVID – 19 pandemic, the award ceremony was held online. Marketing and Sales Director, Mina Kalezic, accepted the award on behalf of CBS International.
