Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali said that the investment program “Serbia 2025” was to remain unchanged.

– We stand firmly behind it, it is our key program and we want to invest EUR 14 billion in the infrastructure, apartments for the young, sewer and everything else needed to raise the quality of life in Serbia – he said.

– The only change that can be made is for us to set aside more money for the program, as state investments attract private investors as well, which is a real stimulus for the growth of the GDP and the economy – Mali added.

As he said, at the moment, Serbia does not require a budget rebalance, but it might happen in the autumn.

Mali also announced the measures of inciting employment.

– In the next ten days or so, we will announce the measures for the inciting of employment of the people who have come to Serbia and those who have lost their jobs here – Mali added.
