Business Zone Equipped in Vrbas for Investor from Italy Intending to Build Serbia's First “Green” Factory

The business zone for the investor which has bought the parcel where the first “green” factory” in Serbia, worth EUR 1 million, is to be built, has been equipped in Vrbas, as announced by the municipality's president, Milan Glusac, for TV Backa.

Let us remind that representatives of the Italian company Manifatture Settentrionali visited Vrbas in January and announced the building of a “green” industrial facility of 2,000 m2.

As announced at the time, the Italian investor bought a parcel of 4,605 m2 in Block 100.

Manifatture Settentrionali produces fashion accessories for numerous well known fashion houses.
