New Residential-Office Complex Square 43 in New Belgrade – Construction of 14,000-m2 Facility to be Finished by August

The construction of the residential-office facility Square 43 in New Belgrade will be finished in late July, and the investment is worth EUR 14 million, Mirjana Zabukovec, the deputy director of Zapp, which is one of the investors, along with Bauwelt, told eKapija.

The residential-office complex, whose construction began in February 2019, is located at the beginning of Milutina Milankovica Blvd and takes up a total of 14,142.29 m2.

The residential part of Square 43 consists of 55 apartments of a total of 4,823.22 m2, and six outlets, of 638.31 m2, have also been built, whereas the office space takes up 2,533.58 m2.

There are also 98 parking spaces at the garage and another 18 at the parcel.

The general contractor is Penta Ge.Co Construction.
