Sale of office space in “business park” at Old Airport

Office space of 18,000 square meters in the business park on location of Old Airport ( Airport City Belgrade-ABC) is for sale.

The first tenants should move in at the end of March 2006 when the first phase of this big project, namely two buildings, will be completed.

The project is backed by Corporation "Africa Israel" and "Tidhar group". The value of the project is 120 million CSD. On the space of 12 ha, 126,000 square meters of modern office space will be built.
