City of Subotica to take loan of 250m RSD for procurement of military complex Petar Drapšin

The city of Subotica will take the loan of 250m RSD to take over military complex Petar Drapšin and finance the infrastructure equipping of that facility.

Let us remind that the Republic Government made the decision on October 29, 2009, on transfer of the rights to use of state-owned properties within the military complex of so-called Second barracks.

The long-term plan anticipates formation of an industrial zone in that location, and total surface of the zone of the barracks, with all accompanying facilities (at about 9,000 square meters) is 21 ha.
