Rents for top-quality office space in Belgrade hit historical minimum

Based on the research done by Colliers International in Serbia, the rents for modern office space have reached their historical minimum, counting from the time this market in Belgrade became the subject of analysis in 2000.

In accordance with the current economic crisis in the global market, the rents for office space in Belgrade reached their historical minimum at the end of the last year. Average rents for new office space in Belgrade are at the level of 15.5 EUR per square meter for the space of A class and 12.5 EUR per square meter for the space of B class. Accordingly, average monthly net rent for the office space of A class amounts to 14 EUR per square meter, while the average monthly rent for the office space of class B amounts to 11 EUR per square meter.

Total size of modern office space in Belgrade (class A and B) is 732,000 square meters, 73% of which is in the central business zone, which includes the center of Belgrade and New Belgrade. Top-quality buildings that are available for rent are Airport City Belgrade, Tri Lista Duvana, MPC Plaza, ABS building in Block 26 and others.
