Zijin Expanding Copper Processing Capacities in Majdanpek – New Flotation Facilities Being Built

Zijin Bor Copper intends to expand the flotation at the Majdanpek Copper Mine in order to increase the capacity of copper ore processing to 11 MT a year.

During the construction of new flotation facility, the ore will be processed at the existing facilities, it is said on the website of the company CPM Consulting, which is supervising the project together with the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade.

The expansion of the processing capacities pertains to all the technological flotation units.
