Shell and Kellogg interested in cooperation with NIS on realization of project for modernization of refinery, possible strategic partnership

Ministry of Mining and Energy of Serbia announced that British-Dutch Petroleum Company Shell and American Petroleum Company Kellogg were interested in cooperation with Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) through projects for modernization of refineries and development of research activities. In order to enter strategic partnership with NIS, they announced visit of the their expert groups in February 2005. On that occassion, possible cooperation in aforementioned fields will be defined with the representatives of NIS. www.shell.com
