Prokuplje-based travel agency Atlas purchases stocks of NIS at five times higher price than nominal

Travel agency "Atlas" from Prokuplje started purchasing stocks of "Petroleum Industry of Serbia" (NIS) from the citizens at the price that is five times higher than the nominal one.

Atlas pays 2,500 RSD per stock whose nominal price is 500 RSD, that is, 12,500 RSD for the whole five-stock package that each citizen who gained the right to free stocks got.

Many new stockholders of NIS are interested in selling their securities, which is the reason why, in addition to juristic persons, the citizens in Prokuplje want to start purchasing them.

People in Atlas were surprised with the fact that such big number of NIS's stockholders hurried to sell them already on the first day, the reason for which is the difficult financial situation of the majority of them.

All costs of stock transfers and verification of sales contracts at the court are covered by that travel agency.
