Cafes and Restaurants to Open on May 4, Shopping Centers on May 8 – Air Transport to Resume in Mid-May

According to the latest decision of the crisis group, the measures of prevention are to be loosened in Serbia. Parks and promenades opened on April 28, with personal distance rules and all other prevention measures still applying. Outdoor physical exercises are also allowed beginning with April 28.

Public transport in Novi Sad and Kragujevac is reinstated on May 4, and public transport in Belgrade and Nis resumes on May 8, with the ban on use of air conditioning devices in effect.

Intercity rail and road traffic can be reinstated on May 4, with strict compliance with all the protection measures.

Restaurants and cafes can work from May 4, pertaining to outdoor sections, with personal distance rules in effect, and indoor sections, with compliance with all the protection recommendations.

Shopping centers can start working from May 8, with a great deal of caution regarding the number of people and personal distance.

Operations of kindergartens and extended stays in schools are reinstated on May 11.

Air transport will be possible from May 18, in line with the recommendations of European and world agencies.
