Motor oils and parts for mobile phones - investments by companies "Vermons" and "Mars" in Beočin

With the help of European Union, Novi Sad-based "Vermons" will invest 2m EUR in construction of the hall at 4,000 square meters for production of motor oils according to the latest technology of cold processing in the Business park that is organized and prepared by cement factory "Lafarge BFC" from Beočin.

- "Vermons" is already preparing the terrain for construction of the hall, and the plan is that 80 workers get jobs in the factory - said Bogdan Cvejić, the Mayor of Beočin.

He added that company "Mars" from Petrovaradin would soon start construction of the hall at 2,000 square meters in the Business park near the cement factory, in which the parts for mobile telephones, X-ray machines and biochemical analysers would be produced according to the latest technology.

Pointing out that the opening of these two units would create jobs for 140 workers, Cvejić added that the municipality of Beočin was open for new investors and that it was willing to cooperate with all the interested.
