Government Adopts Decision on 30-Day Ban on Export of Drugs

The Government of Serbia has adopted the decision on the ban on the export of drugs used on humans for a period of 30 days, which comes into effect today, it is said in a document published by the Official Gazette.

Drugs produced in Serbia, but not registered in the country, that is, drugs “which are produced for foreign markets exclusively” are exempt from the ban.

Also exempt are drugs shipped out by a foreign party from the customs area of Serbia in a transit procedure. The export of drugs with an authorization issued through a special act of the Government of Serbia is also exempt from the ban.
