Third tender announced for sale of water and juice factory "Bivoda"

The Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced the third tender for sale of mineral water and juice factory "Bivoda" from Bujanovac.
According to the Agency's website, the condition for participation in the tender is that the bidder is in the business of mineral water bottling over the last three years and that his income in 2008 amounted to 3m EUR or that the bidder is an investor with 5m EUR worth of incomes in 2008.
The deadline for submission of bids is March 19th. In addition to the procurement of tender documentation at the price of 4,000 EUR, all interested buyers must also submit the banking guarantee or pay the deposit in amount of 50,000 EUR.
Water factory "Bivoda", which is currently owned by company "Yumco" from Vranje, is situated in the vicinity of spa resort Bujanovačka Banja, about 2.5 km away from Bujanovac and 13 km away from Vranje.
According to the data from the company's website, the factory was put in operation at the end of year 2000, and it also owns bottling line with the capacity of 18,000 liters of water per hour.
"Bivoda" has two exploitation wells on the factory grounds, the capacities of which amount to 4 and 6 liters of water per second.
According to the data provided by the Business Registers Agency, "Bivoda" registered profit of 2m RSD in 2008, based on the incomes of 271m RSD. The factory had 103 employees at the end of 2008.
