“Watch hands should be moved 1 hour back on October 30 at 3 o’clock – to 2 o’clock, which will end the Pacific Daylight Time on the basis of Law on Time Counting”, Institute for measures and precious metals announced yesterday. The hour that appears two times between 2 AM and 3 AM on October 30 is marked first time as hour 2A and second time as hour 2B.
