"Atlas Mont" took over majority ownership in Montenegroberza

Joint investment fund "Atlas Mont" and related companies now own 889 stocks with voting right, that is, 70.89% of Montenegroberza.
"Atlas Mont" fund, banks "Atlasmont" and "Invest" and CG broker dealer have offered to purchase 655 stocks of Montenegroberza, which were not their property.
The offered price amounted to 491.35 EUR per stock. Since "Atlas Group" is also the majority owner of Nex Montenegroberza, the merger of that and Montenegroberza may take place soon.
