Renault offered to buy automobile branch of Volvo from American Ford. Although Ford rejected the offer, it is most likely that the French would not give up that easily. If the management of Ford be persistent in making their wishes come true, the next on the list is Swedish manufacturer Saab, which is owned by GM.
