Police to Require to See Mandatory Permits by Employer for Workers' Movement from Saturday

The Ministry of Economy has informed companies that they are obliged to issue an adequate authorization to each employee who works between 5 pm and 5 am and who is exempt from the ban and restriction of movement in the territory of Serbia.


The form can be found on the website of the Ministry of Economy.

Employers with up to 100 workers in a shift within the curfew issue the permits daily, whereas those with over 100 issue them weekly, for each employee exempt from the decision on the ban and restriction of movement.

The ministry emphasizes that, beginning with March 28, at 5 am, the police will ask to see the permit issued by the employer.

This permit is valid exclusively in the person is listed in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and if they are exempt from said decision.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs will also consider permits in a electronic form, scanned on a phone, tablet etc. valid, the Ministry of Economy announces.
