Business Registers Agency Cancels All Deadlines, Including Those for Enforced Liquidations

All the deadlines proscribed by the Company Law are canceled and are to be reapplied after the state of emergency ends, the Business Registers Agency announced today.

The deadlines are canceled in line with the Decree on Application of Deadlines in Administrative Procedure During the State of Emergency.

The cancellation of the deadlines in line with the Decree also pertains to the initiated procedures of enforced liquidation in companies, whether the pertinent decision was published on the Agency's website or the registrar's decision on initiating such a procedure was adopted and published, the Business Registers Agency says.
