Bulgarian Prista Oil intends to buy Belgrade-based refinery

“Bulgarian company ‘Prista oil’ has sent the letter of intent to the Privatization Agency of Republic of Serbia in which it expressed its interest in participation in privatization of Oil Refinery Belgrade and FAM Ltd. Kruševac”, said commercial director of the Office of Bulgarian "Prista Oil" in Belgrade, Petar Boračev. Announcement of official tender is expected until November 1st.

"Prista Oil", the leader in production of motor oils and lubricants in Bulgaria, is among top 30 companies in the world in annual production, which, in its case, reaches amount of 80,000 tons of oils and lubricants. Bulgarian company exports its products to 11 markets and it owns license for "Texaco" products.
