Detailed instruction for companies for issuing workers' permits for movement during curfew

The Ministry of Economy has published the Instruction for companies for the procedure of issuing permits for the movement of workers between 8 pm and 5 am.

In line with the Decree on restriction and ban of movement in the territory of Serbia, the permits are issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The request for a permit is filed in the form proscribed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, electronically, through the Ministry of Economy, at vanrednostanje@privreda.gov.rs.

Public companies and companies which carry out activities of general interest, founded by the Republic of Serbia, file the request through the Ministry of Economy, at javna.preduzeca@privreda.gov.rs.

Public companies and companies which carry out activities of general interest, founded by a local self-government unit, file the request through the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, at lokalna.samouprava.@mduls.gov.rs.
