One step away from Formula 1 - first testing of Serbian car already in February 2010

The Head of "Stefan GP team", the first team from Serbia that has submitted the candidacy form for participation in the Formula One World Championship, Zoran Stefanović, visited the headquarters of the "Toyota" F1 team, from which he earlier "bought" the technology that is required for the first Serbian F1 team to step on the racing track.

Stefanović does not give up the intention to earn the green light from FIA for our team already in 2010. In the talks with the managers of the "Toyota" F1 team, which withdrew from the championship because of financial problems, he confirmed his determination to resume development of F1 cars.

Stefanović estimated the talks with John Hovet, the President of "Toyota Motorsport", and Joshiaki Kinoshito, the Executive Vice President, as very successful.

- We have our plan and everything goes in that direction. Of course, much more has to be done, so that the information will also be made available gradually - says Stefanović.

Particularly interesting was Stefanović's meeting with Pascal Vaselon, former Head of the "Toyota" F1 Engineering Team.

- I think that I will be able to present more details in day or two - Stefanović remained misterious.
