Vojvodina resort with annex in Igalo up for sale – Initial price EUR 4.7 million

The Autonomous Province of Vojvodina and the Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina have advertised the sale of the Vojvodina resort with an annex in Igalo. The initial price is EUR 4,707,592.15, whereas the final price will be determined after the procedure of sending written bids is completed.

As said in the tender, the sale pertains to the cadaster parcel 927 in Topla, more precisely, a yard of 110 m2 and the land under the facility of 421 m2. Facilities on the parcel are also up for sale – a hotel with the projected surface area of 421 m2 and a hospitality facility of 365 m2.

Also up for sale is the cadaster parcel 1013 in Topla, the land under the facility of 930 m2, the land under the facility of 1,065 m2 and the land under the facility of 14 m2.

The facilities built on the parcel are also up for sale, namely, a hotel with four floors and a basement, of a projected surface area of 930 m2. Also up for sale is another hotel of four floors with a projected surface area of 1065 m2.

The tender says that the property is to be alienated as a whole, as seen, without the right of subsequent complaint.

The real estate is subject to a dispute at the Commercial Court of Montenegro, as per the charges filed by Igalo Promet from Igalo pertaining to determining the right of co-ownership over the hotel located at the cadaster parcel 927.

The property is also subject to the time-limited right of use of certain accommodation units, determined to the benefit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia – Tax Administration – Regional Center Novi Sad.

Bids may be submitted by April 14, 2020, at 10 am. The public opening will be held a day later, on April 15, at noon.
