DINKIĆ: Annex to contract with company "Fiat" to be signed on December 23rd

The Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia, Mlađan Dinkić, announced today that the Government would signed the annex to the contract with Italian company "Fiat" on investment in automobile production in Kragujevac on Wednesday, December 23rd.

- That is a good news - Dinkić, who is also the Minister of Economy of Serbia, said to the press during his visit to factory "Ikarbus" before the contract on cooperation with Italian company "Breda menarinibus" was signed.

According to the announcement by the Ministry of Economy of Serbia, that Annex will enable closing of the transaction for forming of company "Fiat automobili Srbija".

- The Italian company will pay 100m EUR, while Serbia will bring property, equipment and the building of current "Zastava" in Kragujevac to the joint venture - said the people from the Ministry.
