APR: Filing of regular annual financial reports for 2019 enabled

Companies, enterprises and other entities obliged to do so have been able to prepare and file regular annual financial reports for 2019 with the necessary documentation within the information system of the Business Registers Agency (APR) since March 6. Companies can also replace regular annual financial reports and the required documentation, published in the proper form on the agency's website, APR announces.

As announced by APR, the reception of reports for 2019 for the purposes of statistics for legal persons and entrepreneurs that keep books using the system of double-entry bookkeeping ended on March 5 at midnight.

APR received 265,802 reports, nearly 95,000 more than in the same period of the previous year.

Of all the reports received, 18% entities sent the reports for the statistics purposes individually, 72% used the possibility of simultaneous filing of statistics and regular annual financial reports with the required documentation, whereas 10% filed statements of non-activity.
