Pre-qualification tender announced for sale of "Galenika"

The Privatization Agency announced the public invitation today (December 15, 2009) for submission of so-called indicative bids for takeover of company "Galenika".

The indicative bids can be submitted by strategic investors that have operated in pharmaceutical industry over the last five consecutive years and registered incomes from sale of pharmaceutical products of over 100m EUR in 2008.

Also, the bids can be submitted by financial investors that own the property worth minimum 250m EUR. The bidders can buy so-called information package prior to February 19th, and that package includes the information on the company and the manual for bidders, while the deadline for submission of indicative bids is March 19th.
