Installation of another 10 electrical chargers on highways in Serbia planned

The PE Roads of Serbia is planning to install another 10 fast electrical chargers on highways subject to toll collection in Serbia in the upcoming period, announced the deputy director of the Sector for Toll Collection, Darko Savic.

He said that the chargers would have a power of 50 kW and reminded that five chargers had been installed on the busiest locations three years before.

Savic said that a repeat tender for the installation of three fast chargers of 175 kW was expected in the next week.

He pointed out that the previous tender had not been completed due to certain complaints, but that the documentation for the repeat procedure had been prepared. The realization of the project of installing the chargers is planned by the middle of the summer.

Savic says that the PE Roads of Serbia plans to give a 13% discount on the toll to all users of electric cars.
