Centroprom building in Belgrade offered for RSD 263 million

In the enforcement procedure against Centroprom, Piraeus Bank has advertised the sale of the Centroprom building of nearly 2.9 thousand square meters in the urban municipality of Stari Grad, at the initial price of RSD 263.3 million, it was announced on Saturday, February 15.

The building of 7 floors (including the ground floor) is estimated at RSD 376.2 million, and the initial price is 70% of the estimated value.

The first public bidding is scheduled for February 26.
