"Energoprojekt" signed contracts for 25.9m EUR worth of works abroad

- "Energoprojekt" has signed the contracts for new 25.9m EUR worth of works abroad - the Belgrade-based holding announced today (December 9, 2009) on the website of Serbian Capital Market.

"Energoprojekt Visokogradnja" signed two contracts in Kazakhstan with company "Oil Real Estate" and one more contract with company "Mangistaumunaigas". Total value of these three new contracts is 11.5m EUR.

The contract has also been signed with "Oil Real Estate" for drawing of plans and expansion of the hotel complex on the bank of Caspian lake and drawing of plan and construction of a playground for kids within the trade-recreation center in the city of Aktau, while the contract with "Mangistaumunaigas" anticipates refurbishment of the hotel in Aktau.

The companies from the "Energoprojekt" system have also signed two new contracts for works worth 9.4m EUR in Nigeria.

Through its branch offices in Nigeria, "Energoprojekt Oprema" and German company "Bilfinger Berger" have signed the subcontractor contract on procurement and delivery of equipment and materials that are required for construction of the Senate of Nigeria, and the value of that contract is 4.9m EUR.

"Energoprojekt Oprema" and "Bilfinger Berger" have also signed the subcontractor contract on delivery and installation of the equipment and materials for public lighting system of the highway that connects Abuja with the airport, and the value of that contract is 4.5m EUR.

Gana-based branch office of company "Energoprojekt" has signed 7.4m USD (5m EUR) worth of contract for construction of a business complex in the city of Tema.

Trading in the stocks of "Energoprojekt" holding on the Belgrade Stock Exchange started in 2001. At the moment, the price of these securities, which are on the A listing, amounts to 799 RSD. They reached their maximum value of 1,140 in September 2009 and minimum value of 280 RSD in March 2009.
