Sale of property of "Godomin" on December 16th - motel "Jugovo" included in the offer

The Privatization Agency of Serbia will offer the property of Smederevo-based Agricultural combine "Godomin" in bankruptcy for sale at the auction on December 16th

Starting price of the property, which will be offered for sale in parts, is 203m RSD.

The company's property includes 21 facilities - motel Jugovo (starting price - 20m RSD), seven agrarian facilities (58m RSD), administrative building (49.5m RSD), 13 fattening farms, farm Šeškovac, warehouse, sport locker room, floor storage and office space in Smederevo.
