ABS holding wants to buy "Minel trafo"

"ABS holding", company owned by businessman Nenad Popović, with big jobs in Russian Federation and China, gave the offer for procurement of factory of electric transformers "Minel trafo" Mladenovac.

Having obtained agreement from the Securities Commission, "ABS holding" sent the offer that was opened on November 18. The deadline for delivery of counter-offers, i.e. delivery of bids by other potential buyers, is 15 days. The offer of "ABS holdinga" relates to procurement of 51% of stocks at initial price of 6,870 CSD per stock, which suits the approximate value of stocks on the stock exchange.
