Serbian companies "Execom" and "MadNet" among 500 quickest-growing companies in EMEA region

Serbian company "Execom", with the annual income growth of 1,127%, and company "MadNet", which has registered 383% growth over the last five years, are ranked 151st and 470th, respectively, on the "Deloitte" rank list of the quickest growing technology companies in Europe, Africa and the Near East - "Technology Fast 500".

The list includes technology companies from 26 countries of this region, and major number of companies on the list are from Great Britain and France. The leading company on the list is "Biotekno", a software company from Turkey, which has registered impressive growth of 42,417% over the last five years. The rank list is dominated by software companies (175 of them on this year's list), followed by Internet-related companies (92 such companies on this year's list).

- The right product in combination with appropriate technology and good team that stands behind all that can easily fight the recession. In spite of the economic situation, the companies on the list have managed to respond to the requests of consumers, and the average growth of 1,470%, which is higher than last year's average growth on EMEA Top 500 list (1,297%), speaks in favor of that - Aleksandar Andrejin, senior manager in the business consulting sector in "Deloitte", pointed out.

The "Deloitte" project also include the analysis of the positions of the directors of the technology companies on operations, trends in the sector and expectations for the future. In spite of the economic crisis that is expected in the future, 45% of directors firmly believe that they will manage to maintain the previous growth rate, while 36% of them don't believe that's possible. However, 46% of directors of the quickest-growing companies on the list are experiencing difficulties when it comes to collecting of payments, as well as the problems related to margins and profitability.
