Negotiations between Valjevo's authorities and Government of Czech Republic - 2m EUR for heating and water supply system

The city authorities of Valjevo have started the negotiations with the Czech Government on the donation of 2m EUR for the projects for improvement of water supply system, heating system and regional landfill.
The delegation of Valjevo was staying in Brno in Czech Republic for three days, as the guest of local company VHS and the Czech Development Agency, and the result of that visit should be visible in spring 2010.
Upon his return from Brno, the Mayor of Valjevo, Zoran Jakovljević, says that he is certain that the Government of Czech Republic will grant the donation of 2m EUR to the city on the Kolubara river through the Czech Development Agency led by Mihail Pastvinski, "who is the proved friend of both Serbia and Valjevo", for realization of four development projects.
According to "Blic", Valjevo requires 250,000 EUR for elaboration of technical documentation for construction of the pipeline to the water factory, 790,000 EUR for introduction of aerobic processing in the wastewater treatment unit, 600,000 EUR for construction of hot water pipeline and substations for the city heating system, and 250,000 EUR for construction of transfer stations for reloading public utility waste in regional landfill "Kalenić".
