Slovakian entrepreneurs to visit Serbia - business forum in Chamber of Commerce of Serbia on December 3rd

Business Forum Serbia - Slovakia, of which aim is improvement of economic cooperation between the two countries, will be held at 1 PM on December 3rd in the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (PKS), and participation in the Forum has already been confirmed by 20 Slovakian entrepreneurs.

In the plenary part of the meeting, the participants will be addressed by the Prime Minister of Serbia, Dr. Mirko Cvetković, the President of Slovakia, Ivan Gašparovič, the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Miloš Bugarin, and the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce of Slovakia, Julijus Kostolni, while the bilateral part of the meeting will include the talks between Serbia and Slovakian entrepreneurs.

During the first nine months of year 2009, total bilateral exchange of goods reached the value of 365.9m USD. The value of goods exported to Slovakia in that period amounts to 86m USD, and it is 53% smaller than in the same period last year. Serbia imported 279.9m USD worth of goods from Slovakia in aforementioned period, while is only 3.4% less than in the first nine months of year 2008.
