"Victoria Group" increased share in Bečej-based "Laboratorija" to 94%

According to the data provided by the Central Securities Registry, Novi Sad-based "Victoria Group" has increased its ownership share in Bečej-based SP "Laboratorija" to nearly 94%.

At the beginning of November, "Victoria Group" announced the bid for takeover of 4,696 stocks, that is, 10.2% of "Laboratorija", at the price of 6,000 RSD per stock.

After the bid was closed, "Victoria Group" became the owner of another 1,930 stocks, that is, 4.19%, and it now owns 43,311 stocks or 93.99% of "Laboratorija".

The Bečej-based company does physical-chemical, sensor microbiological, biological, biochemical, radiological and isotopic testing.

The stocks of "Laboratorija" are present on the Belgrade Stock Exchange since August 2008. They reached their maximum value in November - 6,000 RSD, while their minimum value was registered in October - 4,910 RSD.
