Government of Serbia defines port area in Bogojevo

The port area of the port in Bogojevo takes up 90,511 m2, as defined by the Decree adopted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, it was announced in the Official Gazette.

The area consists of three cadaster parcels which will be registered as a port area and where the right of first refusal by the Republic of Serbia applies for the port infrastructure and suprastructure.

The decree also defines the coordinates of the mooring area of the port in Bogojevo, and the Port Governance Agency is obliged to file the documentation to the competent public attorney's office in order for the registration to be carried out.
