Investment-Development Bank of RS (IRB) has no intention to announce the new tender for sale of 49% of state-owned capital in Teslić-based company "Zrak" because the last attempt was unsuccessful since the tender documentation for purchase of that company was bought by Serbian "Yugoimport" and the consortium comprising two companies from Germany and Bosnia and Herzegovina three months ago, but none of them submitted the official bid. People in IRB wait for a serious offer for takeover of that company.

Although the biggest hopes of the management of "Zrak" were directed to Serbian "Yugoimport", which is a business partner of the Teslić-based company for some thirty years, Serbian company gave up the takeover in the end.

Borislav Rakić, the CEO of "Zrak", said that the expert team from "Yugoimport" had visited the units of "Zrak" after the company had bought the tender documentation and they had been more than satisfied with its performance and state.

- They explained us in the talks that followed that there were certain barriers in Serbian laws that prevent them from buying the factory in foreign country - said he.
