Airport Garden to be built next to Airport City complex – “Meandering” residential facility and hotel planned on 14,000 m2 of land

A residential-office complex with a hotel might soon be raised in blocks 64 and 65 in New Belgrade near the Airport City complex.

The urban plan, which was requested by the designing company Page Consortium doo from Belgrade on behalf of the investor in the project, Airport Garden doo from New Belgrade, envisages construction on two parcels of nearly 14,000 m2 in total, in the location of the former industrial complex FOB (Fabrika odlivaka Beograd).

As said in the document, the area is primarily intended for the construction of mixed city centers, which entail a combination of commercial and residential features.

The first parcel should feature a “meandering” residential-office complex, consisting of 8 connected units. The second parcel should feature a hotel and another residential-office facility.

The heating and cooling in these facilities should be done through decentralized heat pumps.
