Company "K&M" will soon celebrate its 18th anniversary and, as a birthday gift, it has received the notice that the company has been granted the non-refundable loan by the Investment and Export Promotion Agency SIEPA.
The contract will be signed on November 20th with Mlađan Dinkić, the Minister of Economy and Regional Development. This company is the first company in Serbia with domestic capital only to receive the funds from the Investment and Export Promotion Agency SIEPA. So far, such loans have been approved only to companies with foreign or mixed capital.
Thanks to that money, this family company will employ 180 workers within the next three years. Instead in two shifts, the company will be working in three shifts, and its total production, thanks to new machines and space, will be much larger than the current one in both size and assortment.
The products of this company - strings of natural materials, are the only domestic products in the market of Serbia at the moment, but they are also in high demand in foreign markets. The string of natural fibers is bought by meat-packing industry "Carnex", "Matijević", meat-packing industry "Čoka", as well as small slaughterhouses, Tobacco industry "Japan Tobacco International" and other companies. The company also produces ropes for steel cords, which are used by Cable factory Jagodina, "Novkabel" Novi Sad, and many types of ropes are also used in shipbuilding. The company currently exports its products to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia, while the number of orders from the country and abroad is getting bigger every day.
