- Serbia expects the application of the Transient Trade Agreement with EU to start after the Summit of European Union on December 10th, and that the candidacy for the membership in the Union will be submitted shortly after that - Božidar Đelić, the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia, told TV Studio B.
