Tendering procedure for construction of Science-Technology Park of Montenegro in Podgorica opens – Value of works EUR 8 million

The Public Works Administration has opened a tendering procedure for the construction of the Science-Technology Park of Montenegro in Podgorica. As said, the estimated value of the works is EUR 8 million.

The bid submission deadline is February 6, 2020, at 9 am. The public opening of the bids is scheduled for the same date at 9.30 am.

The deadline period for the execution of the works is 570 days from the possession of the site. The procuring entity obliges to provide to contractor with access to the site within 30 days of the signing of the contract.

The Science-Technology Park of Montenegro was founded by the Government of Montenegro, the Ministry of Science and the University of Montenegro to the end of strengthening the cooperation between the academic and the business community, aiming to strengthen the innovation potential of the economy of Montenegro.
